Joseph Rajaindran

Joseph Rajaindran serves as the Head of Business Support for Technology, Cards, at Maybank since August 2022, overseeing IT Service Management for Malaysia and regional operations in multiple countries. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Regional Service Delivery Manager at HCL Technologies, managing end-to-end IT services across 11 APAC countries, including service desk operations and security services. Joseph's diverse experience spans multiple roles in IT infrastructure delivery and management at organizations such as ChinaSoft International, HSBC, IBM, and VADS Berhad, demonstrating extensive expertise in operations, support, and governance in the information technology sector. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems degree from Unitar Malaysia, obtained in 2007.
