Olivier Decock is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Global Head of Transformation at Maybank since September 2021. Prior to this role, Olivier held the position of Director at Fairman Singapore for one year and was the Corporate Banking Practice Lead at Accenture, where a new division was established to provide technology consulting services to banking clients in the ASEAN region. Olivier's career at BNP Paribas spanned over two decades, where key roles included Country COO for Indonesia and Australia, COO for Corporate Banking APAC, and Deputy COO for North America, among others, focusing on technology, operations, and business process improvement. Olivier's educational background includes an MBA from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master of Engineering from ESIGELEC, complemented by an Executive Certificate in FinTech from NUS Business School.
