Sandra Lee Sze Wan

Sandra Lee Sze Wan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Maybank since November 2015. In this role, Sandra is responsible for HR strategy encompassing people planning, organization development, talent management, and the establishment of a high-performance culture. Previously, Sandra held positions as a Senior Analyst and as an Executive for the Global Maybank Apprentice Programme, focusing on graduate management development initiatives. Sandra's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from UCL, completed in 2015, and was awarded the Maybank Scholarship from 2011 to 2015.
