Visvamba Nathan

Visvamba Nathan is an experienced professional in cloud engineering and digital engagement, currently serving as the Unit Head at Maybank since January 2020. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects, enhancing platform operations, and spearheading an App Modernisation initiative focusing on cloud-native technologies and the migration of applications to AWS Cloud. Previously, Visvamba developed a customer service chatbot and worked on NLP projects at Maybank. As a co-founder and co-host of The Pendulum Show, a podcast aimed at engaging youth in current affairs, Visvamba has interviewed diverse guests from various fields. Early career experience includes a research assistant role at Monash University Malaysia, assisting in bioinformatics projects, and forming an in-house software development team at the university. Visvamba holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from Monash University Malaysia and a Foundation degree from Sunway College.
