The Hotel operations segment is engaged in the leasing of hotel rooms, sale of food and beverage, and other related income. Its Other business segments include project management and investment holding. Its subsidiaries include MBSB Properties Sdn. Bhd., MBSB Development Sdn. Bhd. and Sigmaprise Sdn. Bhd.
