The Company operates through four segments: Financing, Property development, Leasing of real property and Hotel operations. The Financing segment is engaged in granting of loans on the security of freehold and leasehold properties, and provision of retail financing and related services. The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Leasing of real property segment is engaged in the letting of office buildings. The Hotel operations segment is engaged in the leasing of hotel rooms, sale of food and beverage, and other related income. Its Other business segments include project management and investment holding. Its subsidiaries include MBSB Properties Sdn. Bhd., MBSB Development Sdn. Bhd. and Sigmaprise Sdn. Bhd.
