With a background in managing customer service and sales teams at Telstra and Myer, along with early career experience in educational administration, Shah is skilled in operations management, stakeholder relations, and strategic business development. Shah holds a Master of Information Systems, a Master of Mass Communication and Journalism, and a Diploma of Management.
