Marketing Manager - Maliban Biscuits at Maliban Group

Kasun Thotagamuwa is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies and brand management. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Marketing Lead at Maliban Group since March 2012, Kasun oversees the development and marketing of the Maliban branded product portfolio in India and previously held positions including Marketing Manager for the Maliban Biscuits Cluster and Category Manager for Cracker and Kids categories. Kasun has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Kelaniya from January 2010 to April 2023. Prior experience includes brand management roles at DFCC Bank and Unilever. Kasun holds an MBA from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Kelaniya, along with additional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and CIMA Foundation Level.
