Ivar Chhina

Ivar Chhina has extensive experience in board leadership and financial oversight across various industries, serving as a Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for multiple organizations including Malibu Boats, AgriBank, and Sage Dental Management. Chhina has played a significant role in the governance of private equity-backed companies like People, Pets & Vets and Troy Lee Designs, as well as non-profit organizations such as the Pacific Science Center and The Nature Conservancy - WA Chapter. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Recreational Equipment, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed new store growth and IT services, in addition to accounting and finance functions.
