Katie Rausch

Katie Rausch, CPSM, has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist and Senior Buyer at Malibu Boats since December 2019, Katie focuses on strategic sourcing and supplier management to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve inventory efficiency. Prior roles include Senior Buyer/Planner at ProNova Solutions since July 2013, where responsibilities involve managing projects related to quality and cost reduction. From April 2001 to July 2013, Katie worked as a Buyer/Planner at Brunswick Boat Group HQ, overseeing procurement processes and supplier performance, managing an annual spend exceeding $58 million. Earlier experience includes positions at Proffitt's Corporate Office from 1998 to 2001, where Katie managed multiple merchandise departments and negotiated vendor contracts. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail & Consumer Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
