Elia Doussineau

Elia Doussineau has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as an Engagement Manager at Malk Partners since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager and Senior Associate at the same company from March 2022 to September 2022 and from June 2021 to March 2022, respectively.

Before joining Malk Partners, Elia worked at Accenture for two years starting from May 2019. During their tenure, they held the role of Strategy and Consulting Senior Analyst, where they focused on corporate strategy projects with a specialization in healthcare. They led various projects, including a redesign of genetics lab workflows, software implementation and IT operations review for COVID-19 vaccination sites, a remote diagnostics strategy assessment, and program management for the pharmacy department of a healthcare consortium/provider.

Prior to Accenture, Elia had an internship with Amgen as a Digital Marketing Intern in the Global Commercial Operations Department, where they supported multiple brands with digital marketing tactics and analyzed the digital patient journey.

Elia also gained experience at UCLA Student Media as an Advertising Account Executive from January 2016 to October 2017, and at Imvio as a Media Developer from May 2016 to September 2016, where they focused on increasing the startup's social media presence and studying competitors' strategies.

Overall, Elia Doussineau has built a strong background in strategy, consulting, project management, and digital marketing across various industries and organizations.

Elia Doussineau began their education at Laguna Blanca School, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. They did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field during this time. Subsequently, Elia pursued higher education at UCLA from 2015 to 2019, completing their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Computing. Alongside their academic pursuits, in April 2014, Elia obtained a certification as a Yoga Instructor from Corepower.
