Babak Torgoley

Babak Torgoley is an experienced attorney specializing in business development and corporate transactions, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since March 2013. In this role, Babak provides legal support for mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, licenses, joint ventures, and similar corporate transactions. Previously, Babak held positions at Mallinckrodt as Senior Counsel and Counsel, also focusing on legal aspects of M&A transactions. Prior to joining Mallinckrodt, Babak worked at Thompson Coburn LLP from September 2007 to February 2013, representing multinational clients in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions while managing significant transactions.
