Natalie Dietz

Natalie Dietz, CCP, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Natalie began their career in 2007 at Covidien, initially serving as an HR Coordinator before progressing to roles such as HR Representative and HR Generalist. In 2011, they were promoted to Assistant HR Manager before leaving the company in 2013. Since then, Natalie has held various positions at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, starting as an HR Manager and eventually transitioning to roles such as HRIS Manager, Compensation Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Executive Compensation. Natalie is currently working as the Senior Director of Compensation at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals.

Natalie Dietz, CCP, SPHR has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biomedical Sciences from Missouri State University. Natalie also holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, along with an MBA from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained the certifications of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork and SPHR from HRCI.
