Lynn Dale

Lynn Dale has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on supply chain management and outsourced manufacturing. Lynn began their career at Solvay Pharmaceuticals in 1999 and held various roles, including Director of Outsourced Finished Products and Business Manager of Manufacturing Alliances. At Abbott Laboratories, they served as the Director of Outsourced Finished Products from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, Lynn has been with Shionogi Inc., where they have held positions including Vice President and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. Lynn'sresponsibilities have included overseeing third-party manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain operations.

Lynn Dale completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry at Oglethorpe University from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, which they attended from 2002 to 2004.
