Bryan Smith

Bryan Smith serves as the CEO of Capital Engine®, a private markets technology company focused on providing solutions for investment banks, broker-dealers, investment platforms, and real estate funds since January 2018. Bryan also holds positions as a shareholder at Mallory Capital Group, LLC since March 2023, managing partner at USA REIT since November 2022, and co-founder of Block Engine Digital since July 2021. Additionally, Bryan co-founded Pledge A Portion, a nonprofit organization known for pioneering the “embedded giving” fundraising concept. With extensive experience in capital markets and real estate, Bryan previously worked at Young America Capital, RealConnex, Zebra REIT, RealtyWealth Inc., and Blackstar Property Inc. Bryan holds an MBA in Venture Creation, Startup & Early Stage Development from the University of Wales and has over 15 years of executive management experience in the real estate sector.
