Derek Aicher

Derek Aicher is currently the Plant Manager at Malloy Electric since January 2023. Prior to this, Derek worked at Bobcat Company from January 2017 to December 2022 as an Assistant Plant Manager, where Derek was responsible for maintenance planning, scheduling, inventory control, machine repair, and servicing. Derek also held the title of Maintenance Mechanic Lead, overseeing maintenance staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring technicians were trained in complex maintenance activities. Derek's experience also includes working as a Maintenance Supervisor at XPO Logistics - Supply Chain from July 2011 to December 2016. Derek holds a degree in Energy Management, Electrical transmission systems technology from Bismarck State College obtained between 2010-2015.
