Lauren Lee

Lauren Lee is an accomplished Meetings and Events Manager with extensive experience at Malmaison since September 2019, transitioning from roles as a Meeting and Event Sales Executive and waitress while completing a degree. Lauren completed an internship at Malmaison Oxford from June 2018 to June 2019 in the Food and Beverage department, gaining skills in customer service, management, and event coordination. Previous experience includes working as kitchen and restaurant staff at Brookes Restaurant and as a delicatessen assistant at Aubrey Allen Ltd, where Lauren developed time management and communication skills. Lauren holds a BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Business and Event Management qualification from WCG.
