Hanna Boulter

Hanna Boulter serves as the Enhetschef for kompetensförsörjning at Malmö stad’s HR department since August 2013, overseeing competence supply, leadership recruitment, and development. Previous roles include HR-chef and tf. HR-chef at the Gymnasie- och vuxenutbildningsförvaltningen, as well as various positions within Work Match Meet Your Future Group and StudentConsulting, focusing on coaching and job placement. Hanna Boulter began a career in management with Hressingarskallinn from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Work Science from Malmö University, completed in 2011.
