Petter Mellander

Petter Mellander is a strategic change leader specializing in digitalization, currently working for Malmö stad since October 2018, focusing on the development of cross-departmental platforms for knowledge sharing and learning. In addition to this role, Petter serves as a board member at STPLN and has extensive experience as an Agile Team Coach at ustwo, where responsibilities included coaching cross-functional teams and leading product management efforts. Previous roles include team lead and program manager at Hyper Island, an event manager at Strix Television, and a chef at TEMPO Bar & Kök. Petter holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Organisation & Innovation from Kaospilots and has further education from Malmö University and UGL.
