Tom Williams

Tom Williams has a diverse work experience in manufacturing and operations management. Tom started their career in 2004 as a Department Manager at Pella Corporation, where they coordinated manufacturing activities and maintained a high level of order completions. Tom then moved on to become a Cost Management Specialist, identifying productivity improvement opportunities and providing support to the Manufacturing Team. Tom later worked as a Financial Analyst, preparing and presenting financial statements and forecasts.

In 2011, they joined Pella Windows and Doors of Omaha and Lincoln, NE as an Operations Manager, responsible for the strategic vision and execution of objectives for various departments. Tom also drove continuous improvement activities, including implementing Gemba meetings and instilling 5S.

Tom joined Schneider Electric in 2013 as a Plant Controller, analyzing and managing financial and accounting functions for a circuit breaker manufacturing plant. Tom then became a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing production areas and driving lean cultural through the Schneider Production System.

Currently, Tom is working at Malnove Holding Company Inc. as the Vice President of Manufacturing, where they are responsible for managing manufacturing operations.

Tom Williams attended Simpson College from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Sports Administration.
