Samira Charaf

Samira Charaf is an experienced professional in social media management and customer service, currently serving as the Social Media Manager for malomatia since February 2022. Prior to this role, Samira held positions at STARLINK as Operations Social Media Supervisor from November 2014 to January 2022 and at Ooredoo Qatar as Social Media Team Leader from May 2005 to November 2014, where responsibilities included customer communication through various social media channels.
