Joel Penner

Joel Penner currently serves as the Assistant Head Coach at Malone University. With a considerable coaching background, Joel has been the Head Football Coach at Dordt University since January 2016 and held the same position at Northwestern College from 2009 to 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Offensive Coordinator at Greenville College from 2005 to 2009 and at Northwestern College. Joel’s early career also includes a role as a Sales Associate at The Bannockburn Club. Academic credentials include a Master's degree from Trinity International University, with an undergraduate focus on Sports and Wellness Management and graduate studies in Christian Studies.
