Rebecca Eagle-Malone, PhD, serves as an Assistant Professor at Malone University since August 2020 and has also held the position of Visiting Assistant Professor. In addition to academic roles, Rebecca is the Director of the Canton City Wildlife Careers Program, a collaborative initiative aimed at inspiring youth, particularly marginalized individuals, to pursue careers in wildlife through nature-based experiences. Rebecca is also the Director of Tree Campus USA, promoting environmental stewardship in higher education. Previous roles include Voting Location Manager for the Stark County Board of Elections, Field Researcher at The University of Akron’s vegetation research team, and various positions at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and Cleveland Metroparks focused on botany and conservation education. Educational achievements include a PhD in Integrated Bioscience and a B.S. in Biology.
