Kamal Rai

Kamal Rai is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and management within the real estate and development sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Malpani Group since April 2024, Kamal previously held the same position at Bhumidhan Realty from July 2023 to April 2024. Prior to these roles, Kamal contributed to Hive Carbon-Zero Developers as Deputy General Manager - Strategy and to Raheja Universal (Pvt.) Limited as Assistant General Manager - Corporate Strategy. Kamal's career in strategy began with a Senior Manager position at Hiranandani Group of Companies and included a role as Deputy Manager at Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. In addition to professional accomplishments, Kamal has an impressive academic background with degrees in fields such as Consulting Management, Advanced Construction Management, and Law, earned from prestigious institutions including Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Indian Institute of Technology, and the University of Mumbai.
