Antonio Olivari is currently serving as a Communications Officer at the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector since February 2023. With a rich background in communications, Antonio has held several key roles including Communications Coordinator for the Malta Union of Teachers from September 2013 to January 2023, Communications Manager at EUPA from January 2010 to August 2013, and Communications Coordinator at WasteServ Malta Ltd. from August 2007 to December 2009. Antonio holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Malta.

Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector
The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector is established by law under the Voluntary Organisations Act. Our aim is to support the development of a more effective and efficient voluntary and community sector in Malta and Gozo through the delivery of a range of support and capacity building services including information, advice and training. We also aim to support the development of a more influential and cohesive voluntary and community sector in Malta and Gozo by facilitating networking and partnership within the sector, and between the same sector and the private and public sectors.
