Jeanette Zammit has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having worked at Malta International Airport plc since 1992, with roles varying from Customer Service Representative to Manager Operations Quality and Manager Strategic Planning & Compliance. Over the years, Jeanette has developed a strong foundation in airport operations and customer service management. Jeanette holds an MSc in Airport Planning and Management from Cranfield University and has completed the Airport Management Training Programme at Vienna Airport Academy, along with a degree in Business Management Studies from the University of Malta.
