Felicia Carney

Felicia Carney has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Felicia is currently the Head of People and Workplace at Maltego Technologies, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People Operations Manager at the same company from January 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Maltego Technologies, Felicia worked at SunPower Corporation as a Recruiting Coordinator from September 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they supported recruiters by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and handling various recruitment tasks.

In addition, Felicia has experience working at Brand Executives as a Human Resources Recruitment Manager from October 2016 to August 2018. Here, they focused on recruitment, continuously improving the system and contributing to personal growth. Felicia also worked as a Direct Sales Account Executive at Brand Executives from June 2015 to October 2016, developing skills in sales, leadership, and customer service.

Felicia's previous work experience also includes roles such as a Sales Associate/Customer Service Specialist at Denim Surgeon from September 2012 to June 2015, an Intern: Sales and Marketing Associate at Swap The Biz from January 2015 to March 2015, and a Hostess at Arirang Hibachi Steakhouse from October 2011 to February 2015.

Felicia Carney obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Berkeley College from 2011 to 2015. In 2021, they attended TAM Akademie GmbH, where they received a Practitioner of Modern Leadership certification.
