Ina Atanassova

Ina Atanassova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ina has most recently worked as a Talent Development Manager at Maltego Technologies since May 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at e-bot7 - AI for Customer Service, including Culture & Development Lead from February 2022 to April 2023, Human Resources Specialist from February 2021 to February 2022, and HR Intern from August 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they worked as an HR Management Intern at VIU Eyewear from October 2019 to July 2020. Ina also has experience as a Teacher at 73rd Language High School from September 2017 to June 2019. Ina began their professional career as a Key Account Manager at CrossPoint Ltd. from January 2016 to September 2016, and previously completed a Traineeship in Sales & Account Management at the same company from January 2015 to December 2015. Throughout their career, Ina has developed skills in talent development, human resources, recruitment, and sales.

Ina Atanassova completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from New Bulgarian University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Bulgarian Language and Literature from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2013 to 2017. In their earlier years, from 2008 to 2013, they attended Fifth Language High School "Joan Ekzarh" in Varna, where they studied French and English. Additionally, Ina has obtained several certifications, including "World Class Employer Branding" from the Employer Branding Academy in February 2023, and various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as developing managers in organizations, train the trainer, gaining internal buy-in for elearning training, organizational learning and development, design thinking, and designing and delivering training programs, all obtained between April 2020 and July 2020.
