Stefanie Heil

Program Manager, Syria, Turkey at Malteser International

Stefanie Heil has extensive experience in program management, particularly in the Asia and Middle East regions. Since May 2016, Stefanie has served as Program Manager for Asia and previously as Programme Manager for the Middle East at Malteser International. Prior to this, Stefanie held various positions at CBM International from October 2004 to April 2016, including Programme Manager for the Middle East and Programme Development Officer for Asia. Stefanie's career began at Malteser International in August 2001, where roles included Project Administrator and Desk Officer for the Great Lakes Region. Stefanie also completed internships and student work at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in early 2000. Educational background includes studies at Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät der Universität zu Köln from 1994 to 2001 and attending Ursulinenschule Köln from 1982 to 1993.
