Rose C. currently serves as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Malwarebytes, leading a global team and overseeing critical financial processes. Prior to this, Rose held the same title at Alorica, where the role was established to facilitate IPO readiness, and led various global accounting teams. Rose also worked at CDK Global as Senior Director and Assistant Corporate Controller, managing Corporate Accounting and SEC Reporting. Experience includes leading finance functions at NICE Ltd and Mattersight Corporation, where significant improvements in processes and compliance were achieved. Rose holds a Master of Business Administration with Honors in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
