Shawn Dorsey

Shawn Dorsey is a seasoned professional in incident response and forensic investigations with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Managed Services at Malwarebytes since October 2021, Shawn previously held the role of Director for North America Incident Response at Accenture and has an extensive background at Symantec, where responsibilities included directing incident response teams and conducting forensic investigations. Earlier roles include serving as a Forensic Analyst for Sony Corporation, a Special Agent for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, and various legal positions, including Associate and Assistant District Attorney. Shawn's foundational experience includes military service as an Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence Analyst for the U.S. Army. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University, alongside Basic Linguistic Certification in Arabic Language from the Defense Language Institute.
