Wolfgang Fargel serves as the Global Innovation Lead at MAM Baby since November 2021, also holding the position of Innovation Lead (HO). Fargel contributes to academia as an Expert Lecturer at New Design University in the MSc Management by Innovation program and teaches a course on Design Thinking in the Masters Program: Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Fargel has experience in various roles, including Expert Design Thinking Lecturer at Talent Garden Innovation School and Product Owner at 5ife. Previous consulting roles at Spirit Design focused on business development and innovation strategy, with additional experience at WIFI der Wirtschaftskammer Wien and Airbus Group, where Fargel played a key role in developing innovation processes. Fargel holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation, complemented by substantial involvement in conference organization and startup mentoring.
