Adam L. Michaels has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Starting from 1998, they worked as an Operations Analyst at Capital One for two years. Adam L. then moved to Capital One, Europe, where they served in New Business Development for two years. After that, they worked as an Innovation Specialist at Capital One for two more years.

In 2004, Michaels co-founded a company called babyDynamo, where their role as a Co-Founder lasted until 2006. Following this, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, where they worked for two years. In 2006, they transitioned to BOOZ & COMPANY (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) as a Principal, a role that they held until 2013.

Adam L. Michaels completed their education with a strong foundation in business and engineering. Adam L. pursued their Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering degree at the University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998. Adam then went on to attend the prestigious Columbia Business School, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Management from 2004 to 2006. Before their university studies, Adam completed their high school education at The Horace Mann School from 1990 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Adam L. Michaels also obtained additional certifications. In 2004, they achieved the designation of Six Sigma Blackbelt from Six Sigma Qualtec/AON. More recently, in 2022, Adam completed the Mondelēz: Grow Program, which was awarded by Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
