Alice Yu Yuebo 余跃波 is the Founder and President of Mama on Palette, a pioneering community in Singapore focused on the intersection of motherhood and the arts, promoting mental wellness through artistic expression. In addition to their role at Mama on Palette, Alice has held several senior marketing positions, including Team Lead at NCS Group where Alice led marketing transformation efforts and the launch of the NCS Impact Forum, as well as Digital Engagement Lead at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, shaping innovative content strategies. Alice has also contributed to the education sector as an Adjunct Marketing Lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic, and previously drove marketing strategies for organizations such as why innovation!, VivaLing, Ying Communications, and The Learning Lab. Alice holds multiple degrees including a Joint Master of Science in Communication from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
