Hayley Laverack

Hayley Laverack's work experience began in 2007 as a Physical Education Teacher for the NSW Department of Education and Communities. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Vibe Teacher Recruitment. Hayley then transitioned to Robert Walters in 2013, where they served as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Banking and Finance. In 2014, Hayley moved on to Westpac Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist before joining Fitness and Lifestyle Group in 2017 as a National Recruitment Manager for Fitness First. In 2019, they were promoted to Group Talent Acquisition Manager for all FLG brands. In 2021, they joined Dyson as a Talent Acquisition Partner, working closely with teams across Australia and New Zealand. Hayley's most recent role is at Mamamia, where they serve as a Talent Lead starting in October 2022.

Hayley Laverack completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Human Movement and Health Education from the University of Sydney from 2003 to 2006. In 2019, they briefly attended General Assembly Australia to study Digital Marketing.
