Nuno Lima has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the food service industry. Nuno started their career at AmBev, where they held roles such as Sales Supervisor and Soft Drinks Marketing and Sales Manager. Nuno then joined Philip Morris International as the General Manager and later became the Distribution Strategy Director. Nuno Lima then moved to Restaurant Brands International, where they held multiple positions including VP of North America Operations, Head of Global Operations for Burger King and Popeyes, and Head of Global Operations for RBI. Nuno then served as the Chief Franchise Operations Officer at ServiceMaster before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Mambo Seafood Restaurants in 2022. Throughout their career, Nuno Lima has been responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and driving growth within various organizations.
Nuno Lima completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2007. In the same year, they also obtained a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma from INDG.
