Audra Zilenaite

Audra Zilenaite has a strong background in customer service and support, currently serving as Support Lead at Mambu since May 2023. Prior to this role, Audra worked as Customer Service Team Lead at TransferGo from December 2017 to July 2022 and founded Yogis frozen yogurt, where operations spanned from December 2011 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes a recruitment internship at Adecco Ireland Ltd in early 2011, a key customer consultant position at Bite Lietuva from November 2009 to April 2010, and a senior customer service representative role at Transcom between November 2005 and August 2008. Audra holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Vilniaus Universiteto Tarptautinio Verslo Mokykla, completed between 2007 and 2011. Additional educational endeavors were undertaken at Vilnius University and Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, alongside studies at Vilnius Lyceum.
