Victor-Cristian Pavel is a highly experienced Technical Lead with a robust background in software development and team coordination, currently employed at Mambu since January 2023. Prior to this role, Victor-Cristian served in various capacities at ABS Laundry Business Solutions from March 2015 to January 2023, ultimately leading a team of eight senior developers to enhance and maintain the ERP ecosystem. Victor-Cristian's past positions include leading teams focused on both core functionalities and new features, overseeing maintenance activities, and mentoring colleagues.
