Ethel Chan

Ethel Chan has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Ethel is currently the Director of Human Resources, APAC at Mammoet. Prior to that, they worked at Oceaneering as a Regional Human Resources Senior Leader for the Asia Pacific region from 2012 to 2017. Ethel also held the role of HR Management outside the US at Noble Drilling / Frontier Drilling from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resource function at Neptune Marine Oil & Gas from 2006 to 2010. Their earlier experience includes HR, Administration, and Duty Management roles at Raffles Marina from 1999 to 2006.

Ethel Chan has a diverse education history. Ethel obtained a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) degree with a focus on E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from RMIT University in 2003. In 2006, they pursued a Specialist Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from SHRI Academy. Ethel then obtained a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner certification from the American Board of NLP in 2009. Lastly, in 2018, they completed a Project Management Professional degree from the Institute of Project Management.
