Frank Fondse

Frank Fondse has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of project management and business transformation. Frank currently works at Oranjer Projectbeheersing as the PMO Lead & Entrepreneur, where they focus on business transformation programs and offers comprehensive oversight and valuable insights. Before that, they served as the Program Management Office Lead at Mammoet, where they led the global roll out and implementation of the SHERPA business transformation program. Prior to these roles, they held positions at Living Light, Finext, Marel, DELTA Fiber Nederland, ProRail, Royal FloraHolland, and Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods, where they gained experience in project management, program control, and business development.

Frank Fondse studied Bedrijfskundige Informatica at Hogeschool voor Economische Studies te Rotterdam from 1990 to 1995, and completed MEAO in a bedrijfsadministratieve richting from 1987 to 1990. Frank also attended various other courses such as Comminicatie Stijlen en Adviesvaardigheden, Essential Commercial Skills, and Leiding geven en leiding nemen. In 2013-2014, they pursued Management of Portfolio (MoP) and obtained a Foundation and Practitioner degree in Portfolio Management. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in P30 Foundation and Practitioner, and a certificaat in Prince II.
