Jeroen Emmens

Teamleader & Global Lead Marine & Offshore Engineering at Mammoet

Jeroen Emmens has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Jeroen started their career at Figee Crane Building, where they conducted research on the implementation of a 3D-CAD application.

Jeroen then moved on to Jumbo Shipping, where they held multiple roles including Senior Project Engineer and Team Leader Engineering. In these positions, they were responsible for managing engineering works, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful preparation of various shipping projects.

Currently, Jeroen is working at Mammoet as the Teamleader & Global Lead Marine & Offshore Engineering. Jeroen manages the Marine & Offshore section of the Engineering department and is responsible for standardization, development, and maintenance of internal engineering standards. Jeroen also provides technical input, coaches engineers, and ensures quality control of technical documentation within projects.

Jeroen Emmens holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed an MBO degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nova College between 1997 and 2001. Jeroen Emmens also attended Haemstede-Barger MAVO from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained their MAVO diploma.
