Ilana Guma

Ilana Guma possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and global sourcing, currently serving as the Director and Head of Supply Chain at Harry's, Inc. Previously, Ilana held positions including Senior Manager and Manager of Global Sourcing at Harry’s, Inc. Before that, roles included Manager and Associate Manager of Product Development Sourcing at MilliporeSigma, and Packaging Buying Operations Specialist at Mars. Ilana's career began with co-op positions in packaging and chemical procurement at Johnson & Johnson. Ilana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Sciences from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2013.
