Jeffrey Magida started their work experience in 2013 as an Operations Intern at Warby Parker. Jeffrey then moved on to working as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Elevate Interval Fitness in 2014. In 2015, Jeffrey joined Harry's, Inc. as an Acquisition Marketing Associate and later became an Acquisition Marketing Sr. Associate. Jeffrey then worked at LOLA - mylola.com as an Acquisition Marketing Manager and then as a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing Consultant for various businesses and direct-to-consumer brands. From 2021 to 2022, Jeffrey worked at Harry's, Inc. as a Senior Manager, Marketing Ops, and then as the Director of Marketing Ops. Currently, they are the Head of DTC (Mando) at Lume Deodorant since July 2023.

Jeffrey Magida attended the University of Rochester from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. In 2013, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at The University of Auckland, although they did not pursue a specific degree during this time.
