Currently serving as Head of Ops & Innovations at Mammoth Capital and Head of DevOps at MAMMOTH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, Neel previously held the same role at Mammoth Construction from 2019 to 2021. As a co-founder of Two Peas Restaurant and director at NovelLeaf, Neel demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and leadership capabilities. Additional experience includes serving as Business Manager at Create Health Clinics and Consultant at SKCo Consulting. Neel holds a degree in Finance, Accounting & Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
