We are seeking a goal-oriented, hungry SDR (Sales Development Representative) at Mammoth Growth to generate sales leads and create a deal pipeline with managers, sales teams, and customer success managers at our top technology partners to drive the corresponding Mammoth sales opportunities.  You will play a key role in developing new top-of-funnel and qualified leads and set the tone for success. You will hound our technology partners and turn them into proactive sales channels. 

We are looking for candidates who have the potential, ability and passion to grow into a larger sales role. The ideal candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, maniacally focused and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This role reports directly to the CEO at Mammoth Growth and collaborates with our Client Services Team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential ICP sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of interested prospects, continuously engaging leadership for next steps
  • Contribute to data gathering, list generation, automation, and other efficiencies in company’s CRM and cross-reference platforms and sales operations 
  • Build top of funnel activities including assisting with the creation of campaigns & automations in Mammoth’s CRM to target partnerships and accounts
  • Report to leadership with weekly, monthly and quarterly results
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to run effective prospect discovery process 
  • Present Mammoth Growth’s value and capabilities to prospects and partners 
  • Deliver on annual / quarterly quota, gather and collect more data on appropriate targets / deal flow potential, coupled w/ Marketing impact, etc.

What You’ll Need:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a deep desire to drive strategy and innovation
  • Previous experience in sales is required
  • Strong self-confidence with no reluctance to make a cold-call or introduce yourself to anyone
  • Hustle. Don’t do it tomorrow if it can be done today
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to audiences ranging from C-suite to specialist level spanning both technical and non-technical functional areas
  • Self-directed and self-motivated to operate with minimal oversight to produce consistently high-value work, unafraid to ask questions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This means no typos and never be late to a meeting (2 minutes early is preferred)
  • Desire to share your wins and contribute to the continuous success and improvement of the sales process
