Josh Hoover currently serves as the Enterprise Partnership Manager at Mineral, part of Mitratech, since June 2024. Previously, Josh held various leadership roles at Click Boarding, including Executive Vice President of Client Solutions and Senior Vice President of Product, from January 2022 to July 2024. Other notable positions include Director of Business Development at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc., and multiple roles at Benefit Technology Resources, where responsibilities included Director of Client Relations and Strategic Initiatives. Josh also has experience in sales management from Proliant and Artaform Creations, and earlier roles in HR at Idealab and as a guitar player during the 2004 US Tour. Educationally, Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Texas A&M University between 1998 and 2003.
