Emily Nicholas has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Design Assurance at Mammotome since August 2018, Emily has progressed through various roles, including Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer, focusing on New Product Development and Change Control Projects. Prior experience includes positions at Theoris, where Emily led product development for knee instruments, and at Metasurg, managing quality operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Emily's educational background includes a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Louisville, along with a recent certificate from Harvard Business School in Power and Influence for Positive Impact.
