Edward Thompson

Edward Thompson is a seasoned professional in quantitative analysis and market risk management, currently serving as a Senior Quant at Man AHL since January 2022. Previously, Edward held the position of Vice President in CIB Market Risk at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2015 to December 2021, following a role as a Market Risk Analyst. Edward began a career in finance as an Intern in Market Risk at JPMorgan Chase and also contributed to academic research on rogue waves as a URSS Researcher at the University of Warwick. Edward's educational background includes an MMathPhys degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Warwick, completed in 2015, and earlier education at The Skinners' School from 2004 to 2011.
