Henning Hansen

Henning Hansen has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Director of Global Operations at MAN Energy Solutions since 2005. Prior to this role, Henning held positions at Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor (BWSC) from 1997 to 2005, including Plant Manager and Power Plant Manager, where responsibilities involved managing operations and establishing contracts for diesel power plants in various locations, including a 55 MW plant in Rep and a 50 MW plant in Sri Lanka. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager at ABB, overseeing the design and installation of equipment for a power plant in the Czech Republic, and serving in project management roles at BWSC from 1989 to 1996, focusing on rehabilitation and commissioning of diesel power plants. Henning's career began at Maersk Oil as an Operation and Maintenance Technician from 1986 to 1989.
