Philipp Zentgraf

Philipp Zentgraf currently serves as the Head of HR Strategy & Innovation at MAN Truck & Bus SE, focusing on HR strategy, portfolio management, innovations, target operating models, ESG, global business services, and the integration of artificial intelligence in HR processes. Prior to this role, Philipp held the position of Manager Group HR Management at Volkswagen AG, where responsibilities included compensation and benefits, performance management, global assignments, and talent management. Earlier experiences include roles in financial reporting at Daimler Trucks Asia and BASF, as well as consulting at Sysscon Unternehmensberatung GmbH, and serving as CFO and Founder of studybuy UG. Philipp holds a Dr. in Financial Management related to decarbonization in the automotive sector from the University of Worcester, a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Münster, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universität Siegen.
